Perched above the picturesque fishing village of Little Haven in a quiet and secluded
spot with stunning views over St. Brides Bay, Woodlands Farm consists of traditional
stone built barns that have been converted into 10 holiday cottages. It is just
a 10 minute woodland walk down into the village of Little Haven and access to the
beautiful beaches and Pembrokeshire coastal path. Within this tiny village are three
welcoming pubs, the post office/tea room, a pottery/craft shop/workshop and galleries
which display and sells local artists’ work. Little Haven also boasts a slip-way
with sailing playing an important part in village life.
We have 5 of these fully equipped self catering cottages to rent out all with beautiful
sea views. The cottages are perfect for families and couples alike, having no passing
traffic to spoil the peaceful retreat. It fits the bill for all sorts of holiday-makers,
perfect for walkers, beach lovers, and those wanting romantic breaks
Pine Cottage
This spacious and newly renovated cottage sleeps 6 people (1 double and 2 twins).
It has a well equipped living area and kitchen, newly refurbished bathroom, and
a large conservatory at the back acts as a perfect sun room/dining room and opens
out onto a gravelled area and garden with seating and barbeque. A full staircase
leads to a unique galleried twin bedroom within the cottage eaves with some limited
headroom. Pine cottage boasts newly installed air source central heating providing
an ecologically friendly heat source for the cottage.

Maple Cottage
Originally a stone-fronted storehouse which has been imaginatively and meticulously rebuilt to form a spacious and comfortable holiday home sleeping four to six adults just outside Little Haven. Now, essentially, a “new-build” it is characterful, in the cottage style, in natural wood befitting a property in Pembrokeshire National Parks. Bay Cottage
This cosy cottage sleeps 4 - 6 people, 1 double downstairs, a twin bedroom in the cottage eaves accessed by a steep open rise stairs with limited headroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. It has an L-shaped living room with adjoining kitchen, leading to a beautiful sunroom/dining room with stunning views to the sea and St Brides Bay. From the sunroom there is access to a small garden and BBQ area. The property has recently been refurbished and re-wired (with current electrical safety certificate).

Ivy Cottage
This cosy cottage sleeps 4 people over 2 floors, with the full sized double room
and twin (with 2’6” beds) room accessed by a full staircase. It has an open plan
living room/kitchen area with conservatory/dining area. The living area, which has
views over St Bride’s Bay, is well equipped with digital TV, DVD player (with a
selection of DVDs), playstation 2 (with some games), CD/radio and books all to be
enjoyed around a wood burning stove. A second seating area is provided for in the
conservatory that leads out to the patio area, garden and barbeque with stunning
views over St Brides bay. Electricity is included in the rental price.

Fern Cottage
Fern cottage has undergone a luxurious renovation in 2008. The cottage comprises
an open plan ground floor layout of living and well equipped kitchen area leading
to a conservatory and enclosed rear garden with seating and barbeque area which
has views of St Brides Bay. A large breakfast bar accommodates seating for four
adults. Both bedrooms are accessed by a full staircase and are very comfortable,
bedroom one having a double bed and fitted wardrobe with drawers and bedroom two
has a full size bunk bed and fitted wardrobes/drawers. Electricity is provided using
a £1slot meter.

Rowan Cottage
Rowan is a cosy cottage accommodating up to six people in 1 large double bedroom
downstairs and a twin bedroom in a traditional crog loft (loft ladder access, limited
headroom). A further two guests can be accommodated on the lounge sofa bed. The
living space is L-shaped with open plan fully equipped galley style kitchen. French
doors off the lounge lead to the conservatory dining room with stunning views down
the valley to the sea, across St Brides Bay to the St David’s peninsular. From the
conservatory there is access to the large lawned private garden which is a great
space for children to play. There is a stone barbeque area and a picnic style table.
Many varieties of birds visit the garden throughout the year, especially when the
feeder is full.

All kitchens are well equipped with dishwasher (except Fern, Ivy & Rowan Cottage), washer/dryer,
microwave, fridge/freezer and electric cooker. In all the cottages hot water is
supplied via immersion heater. There is one parking space at the front of the property.
However, should it be required, further parking is available in the overflow parking
area on site. All bedding is included but guests are asked to bring their own bath
and beach towels.
